Nanny required for a family with two children in Nashville, TN.

My husband and I both work from home. John runs his own company and is typically on calls all day so there will not be a lot of interaction with him. I am a real estate agent and run my own team. I have a business partner that handled most of the teams appointments – however, there are times when I need to join her for appointments.

Our family needs at minimum two days a week of relief for work and errands with opportunity for more hours should Nanny want them.

Daily responsibilities would be to feed Laton, play and engage with her, take her on walks, put her down for naps.

During naps, light cleaning is needed for general house upkeep. Clean dishes in sink, clean and wipe down areas after meals and vacuum floors.

We have 3 rescue cats and need help scooping litter pans and vacuuming that area as Laton crawls on floor and we try to keep them clean for her. Once those house items are done- nanny is welcome to relax, watch tv etc during Laton’s naps.

We also need help with babies laundry- folding and putting laundry away, and unpacking delivered groceries from time to time.

Nanny as of now would not need to drive Laton in their own car. If there was a need to drive - nanny would use my car and car seat.

We may request nanny to travel with us from time to time. We take annual trips to 30A in the summer- Montana in the winter and Napa during the spring. Nanny may be flown out for a portion of these trips or for all. ** it is ok if their schedule does not allow for this, it’s not a must. **

All travel expenses would be paid for and nanny would get private lodging. Nanny would also be paid a premium of $50 a day on trips. Depending on duration of trip - Nanny would get at least 1-2 full day(s) off during the trip.

We would also need help with our 3 cats while we are out of town. This would include either paid house sitting or paid stop bys to feed cats and change litter. Nanny could choose what they’d rather do.
