Hello!
Kensley is a very loving 2 year old (3 in April). Our current nanny is no longer available after May and we are needing help with our busy schedules (fire fighter and resident physician). This job requires flexibility with no set hours a week. Mostly arriving early mornings and taking her to daycare when it opens or picking her from daycare and watching until we get home from work. There are also weekends that we would need and for nights out. We will give the proposed schedule months in advance. It would also involve possible overnight stays. Driving is required and the sitter needs a reliable car but a car seat will be provided. Hourly rate is fixed, however they are willing to increase pay over time as you work with the family. Must be okay with staying overnight occasionally.
