Provide complete and responsive care, ensuring the child's well-being at all times. Maintain a clean and organized space for the child. Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with parents/guardians. Work diligently to establish a bond and trust with the child. Flexibility with schedule is required. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
