About Ava
Hello! My name is Ava C and I am a rising senior at UNCG studying Special Education in grades K-12. I have over five years of babysitting experience of children of all ages as well as families big and small. I specialize in working with children on the Autism Spectrum which is what I focus on in my current studies. My previous work experience outside of babysitting includes being a Lead Teacher in a preschool class of 3 & 4 year olds as well as working as a direct support professional for young adults with Autism. Both of these positions connect heavily to my skills as a seasoned babysitter. In my free time I enjoy to draw and I love to incorporate arts & crafts into my teaching and childcare. I am excited to work with amazing families and to start my journey here on Wyndy!
