About Mya
I’m Mya, an 18-year-old freshman at North Carolina A&T State University. I’ve been caring for children in my family since I was 10 and began babysitting professionally around age 14. Growing up with five siblings, including a younger sibling, and lots of younger cousins has given me plenty of experience with kids of different ages. I’m patient, responsible, and goal-oriented, but most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with children I value children’s mental health and well-being and believe every child should feel heard, comfortable, and free to express themselves. I love creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where kids can be themselves while still having structure and support.
