Hi, I'm Corryn! I'm a college student at North Carolina A&T State University. As the oldest of 5 I take my responsibility as a role model very seriously and value creating meaningful experiences for the kids in my care. I have 3 years of paid experience working as a before/after school teacher and as a summer camp counselor, plus about 2 years of hands-on experience watching my 3 younger siblings and cousins. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation (I drive an SUV, so I can easily handle carpooling or getting kids to activities), and I have open availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. Most of my experience is with kids ages 5-13, including homework help, managing multiple kids at once, and supervising field trips and outings. I'm patient, responsible, and great at keeping kids engaged whether it's homework time, outdoor play, or a fun outing.
