About Baylee
I have my bachelors degree in elementary education and have been working as a Child Development Specialist in Early Intervention for the past 7 years. I am currently working on my prerequisites for the Speech and Language Pathology Masters program and hope to go to school very part time while working as a nanny full time. I have experience with nannying infants, toddlers, and children who are developing typically and those who are developmentally delayed or have medical or special needs. I have experience with potty training, all developmental stages, Picky eaters, sensory seekers and sensitivities, and teaching children to swim.
