About Stella

Hi! I'm a Senior at App State with years of childcare experience and a genuine love for working with kids. Helping care for my younger brother from the age of 8 gave me valuable childcare experience early on and inspired my passion for working with children. I also spent over five years working in my church's daycare, caring for children ranging from infants to 10 years old. Since moving to Boone for college, I've had the opportunity to babysit for several local families and have loved building relationships with both the children and their parents. One of my favorite parts of babysitting is getting creative through arts and crafts! I love planning activities that encourage imagination, creativity, and hands-on learning, and I always adapt them to each child's age and interests. Whether we're making a fun craft, playing outside, reading stories, or helping with homework, I strive to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and parents have peace of mind.
