About Kelsi

Hi! My name is Kelsi, and I’m a caring, responsible, and patient person who genuinely enjoys working with children. I have been babysitting for my uncle since I was 15. I cared for his three children, who are now 12, 11, and 6. I would pick them up from school, do homework, playtime, dinner, bath time, and bed time with them which allowed my uncle to finish his workday around 7:30pm. This experience has taught me how to be dependable, attentive, and comfortable caring for children of different ages and personalities. I’ve also worked as a secretary’s assistant where I had the opportunity to work closely with children and their parents. I understand the importance of communication, safety, and creating a fun and comfortable environment for kids. I’m excited to continue gaining experience and providing families with someone they can trust to care for their children. Lastly I am also in college majoring in nursing with a focus on pediatric care so taking up a babysitting job will improve my ability to work with kids while giving me experience as I take my classes.
