About Elisha

I’m an early childhood professional with over 20 years of experience working with young children and families in both classroom and in-home settings. I hold three degrees in education, including an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Learning and Technology. I previously taught in PreK through 4th grade classrooms and currently work as an early childhood coach and trainer, supporting teachers and programs in strengthening child development, classroom routines, and social-emotional learning. I also partner with parents to share practical strategies they can use at home to support their child’s growth. In my private childcare work, I bring that same knowledge into the home by creating calm, predictable routines, supporting emotional regulation, encouraging language and play, and helping children feel safe, confident, and cared for. I’m warm, patient, organized, and communicative, and I value strong partnerships with families built on trust, respect, and consistency.
