About Lena

Hi, my name is Lena H-Bryant, and I bring several years of hands-on experience working with children in both educational and childcare settings. At 18, I began working as a paraprofessional in a self-contained high school classroom, supporting students with special needs in their daily learning and social development. I later transitioned to a second-grade paraprofessional role, where I assisted with classroom instruction, behavior support, and one-on-one student engagement. Alongside my school-based experience, I also worked at a daycare center for three years, serving as a preschool/toddler float and preschool assistant. In that role, I helped lead classroom activities, ensured a safe and nurturing environment, and supported developmental milestones for young children. Now a college student attending in person after starting my degree online, I continue to be passionate about childcare and education. I’m dependable, patient, and deeply committed to helping children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. I’m also comfortable with routines like meal prep, nap time, and light cleaning—and I always aim to create a positive, engaging experience for every child I care for.
