Hello! My name is Kariana and I am 24. I have had experience caring for children of various ages throughout my life. In undergrad I worked as a swim teacher for children aged 4 months to 12 years of age, where I got experience working with children of a wide range of different backgrounds and abilities. I then worked at a daycare, where I worked comfortably in all of the rooms. In that environment, I mostly cared for ages 1-4, working with 4-10 children by myself. When the pandemic began in 2020, I stopped working at the daycare but then became a nanny for 2 families! I worked for them both until I moved here in August of 2022 for school. I'm still in touch with them, as I built a huge connection with the kiddos and the parents, and I hope to do the same with you! I still babysit for them whenever I go back to Michigan to visit! With them, I watched up to as many as 4 kids at a time, 2 being infants, the others being toddlers.I love working with children, and I miss it very dearly! I am taking a break from my doctoral program so my availability is flexible. I love both cats and dogs! I am happy to care for animals as well while on the job.
