Hi! My name is Mateo. I am a 20-year old first year student at Eckerd College and I love spending time around children. A lot of my background involves working with children, including working as a camp counselor at a beach and mountain biking camp, babysitting many children throughout my hometown (including my 9-year old brother), and working alongside youth in different theater productions! in my free time, I love to explore and travel as well as stay, healthy and active, something I try to lead by example! Fun fact about me is that I am a yoga instructor and recently was in Bali learning how to be a better yoga instructor!

I took the bar exam in February and am currently waiting for my results while applying for attorney jobs. In the meantime, I’d love to babysit part-time and take on other short-term jobs to stay busy. I really enjoy working with kids and making sure they have a fun, safe, and engaging time!
