Duties include providing companionship, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring safety and well-being. Must have excellent communication skills and be patient, compassionate, and understanding. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs is crucial. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality is required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
