Babysitter required for a family in Springfield, MO.

I’m looking for a dependable, energetic, patient and nurturing caregiver for my children. I want someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on with kids painting, coloring, playing games, learning activities, music & movement, outdoor play, and helping them learn healthy ways to express and regulate their emotions.
I’d also like someone comfortable preparing simple meals/snacks and doing light cleanup after themselves and the children (dishes, toys, activity areas, etc.). I’m not looking for a housekeeper just someone who helps keep things tidy throughout the day.
Reliability and communication are VERY important. I’m a doula, so occasionally I may be called to a birth and need flexible or extended childcare. I’ll give as much notice as possible. Ultimately, I’m looking for someone trustworthy, active, loving and consistent who can become part of our routine.
