Childcare Assistant needed near 20926 for remote working parents. Assist with childcare duties while parents work from home. Duties include supervising, playing, and engaging children in activities. Ability to follow parents' instructions and contribute to children's development. Must be reliable, punctual, and organized. Excellent communication and multitasking skills required.
