Family Assistant / House Manager

We’re a busy, fun family with three young boys looking for an energetic, organized and dependable Family Assistant / House Manager to help keep our household running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves kids, is naturally organized, and is happy to jump in wherever needed. Hours would primarily be midday through afternoon/early evening, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include:

Light tidying and keeping the house organized (we have a cleaning service!)
Grocery shopping, returns and household errands
Managing household supplies, closets, pantry and general organization
Kids' laundry and helping keep their things in order
School pickup and driving to sports and activities
Helping manage the boys' busy afternoon schedules
Homework help and getting organized for the next school day
Simple snacks/meals for the kids
Generally being an extra set of hands to keep our family running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is fun, warm, hardworking, proactive and extremely reliable. You should enjoy being around kids, be comfortable with a busy household (and dogs!), have a safe driving record, and be the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and just gets it done.

Most importantly, we’d love to find someone who becomes a trusted part of our family and our boys’ everyday lives.

Location: Pinecrest/Miami
Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily midday through early evening
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
