We are a lively New York family looking for a warm and creative babysitter to look after our two spirited children, Lily and Max. We need a sitter who can engage them with imaginative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures in the afternoons. Our kids, aged 6 and 8, are full of energy and love exploring the world around them. We are seeking someone who can keep up with their zest for life and ensure they have a safe and joyful time while we're away for work. If you have a knack for storytelling and an appreciation for Lego construction, you'd be the perfect fit for our family.
Responsibilities
• Engage in creative play and activities with the children
• Prepare light snacks and meals
• Assist with homework and reading
• Ensure safety during all activities
• Maintain a tidy play area
Qualifications
• Experience with caring for school-aged children
• First aid & CPR certified
• Energetic and playful demeanor
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
• Flexibility in scheduling, especially for Thursday and Friday afternoons
