Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and fun-loving babysitter to care for our children, Emma and Lucas, on weekday afternoons in the bustling Upper West Side of New York. Our kids are active and enjoy imaginative play, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures in nearby Central Park. We hope to find someone who can engage them creatively and safely. The position requires a commitment of at least three months, with the possibility of extending long-term. You will be an integral part of their after-school routine, helping them to unwind and offering support with small tasks as needed. Responsibilities
• Pick up children from school and ensure their safety
• Plan and engage in enriching activities
• Prepare snacks and occasionally assist with dinner
• Maintain a tidy play area and encourage cleanup
• Communicate daily highlights or concerns with parents

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a babysitter or in child care
• Strong communication skills
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Creative and energetic with a knack for engaging children
• Excellent organizational skills
