Babysitter needed in Laurel, MD for occasional evenings and weekends.

Hello we are in search of a patient, energetic and responsible nanny for our 1 year old boy and 4 year old girl twice a week (more days subject to change)

Dog (friendly 25lb westie terrier)
Jeff (Dad)
Grandparents potentially in future

NANNY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
Tidying up and cleaning play areas after every day
Feeding babies mealtimes and snacks - washing dishes/utensils used for feeding times
Direct supervision at all times - Communicate with someone in home when she will not be attentive to kids for breaks/lunch
Avoiding screen time for kids
Prefer no use of personal device while watching kids
Photography and videography of the kids is prohibited
Communicate well/get along with grandma/parents for any concerns/issues. They will always have the final say.
Keep up with daily routine (feeding/nap times)
Walks are ok if grandparent is present. Please bring dog out with walks
Dress babies appropriately for outdoor excursions (hat, mitts, shoes, and coat) - use good judgment with weather - no walks if raining
Read books throughout day
Other age appropriate educational activities throughout the day are a plus (going over colors, shapes, numbers, ABCs)
Bring their own lunch and take breaks (½ hr paid; ½ hr unpaid)
