We are seeking an experienced dyslexia tutor for our 8-year-old daughter. We are looking for someone skilled in evidence-based, structured literacy instruction with a strong focus on phonemic awareness/pattern correction, decoding, reading fluency, automaticity, and reading comprehension. Experience with dyslexia interventions such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Barton, SPIRE, or similar programs preferred. Our daughter also benefits from patience, encouragement, and support with attention/executive functioning challenges. We want someone warm, engaging, and able to build both skills and confidence around reading.
