Duties include implementing daily routines, meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and engaging in social and recreational activities. The ideal candidate should possess patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Prior experience or knowledge of developmental disorders is preferred. Must be reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances. This position is located near the Ohio Wesleyan University.
