Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Must have a genuine love for working with infants and toddlers. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask is essential. Must be able to work well in a team and have a positive attitude. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
