Duties include feeding, soothing, diaper changing, establishing routines, and engaging in stimulating activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a loving environment are essential. Previous newborn care experience and knowledge of infant development are preferred. CPR and first aid certification is required. Must be reliable and able to maintain a flexible schedule.
