Notes about this job: An experienced Newborn Care Specialist is needed in Buckhead for a wonderful family expecting their first child in mid-December! They’re looking for a calm, confident professional who can ensure restful nights for Mom and Dad by caring for their newborn baby girl and offering guidance and reassurance as they adjust to life as new parents. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing and knowledgeable Newborn Care Specialist to work with first-time parents as they welcome their baby girl and settle into their new rhythm as a family. The NCS will be responsible for all typical overnight newborn care duties including diapering, swaddling, and feeding support, as well as helping to establish healthy sleep habits from the very beginning. Additionally, they will assist in tracking feeds and sleep patterns while maintaining a clean sleep environment. A warm, calming energy is ideal for this position, as is experience in supporting breastfeeding mothers. Household responsibilities will focus solely on baby-related tasks during nighttime shifts to help ensure smooth transitions for both the baby and the new parents.


Notes about the schedule: Overnight shifts focused on newborn care (e.g., diapering, swaddling, feeding support, tracking sleep/feeds)

Typically 8-10 hours per night, 5-7 nights per week, starting mid-December

Support for breastfeeding mother and ensuring restful nights for family

Baby-centered household tasks only during night shifts

Role supports first-time parents adjusting to newborn rhythms
