Urgently looking for a reliable full-time babysitter in Ashland, VA.

My wife and I are seeking a daytime babysitter for our 12 month old daughter in Ashland. I work from my home office during the day and my wife has a job in the medical field with varying hours. I will be home throughout the day for questions/help, but unfortunately cannot watch her while I work. We are looking for someone for the hours of 7am-3pm. The hours are consistent, but the days of the week will vary. Although the schedule is varying, we will be able to tell you about a month in advance which days we will need you. On average it will be about 2-4 days per week, excluding weekends. Duties will include playing, reading, preparing light meals (we will have meals prepped, it's mostly just warming up and assembling), and nap time. We are looking for someone who has childcare experience, is CPR- certified, and is up-to-date with immunizations, with preference for COVID and flu vaccines. Please let me know if you have any questions!
