Urgently seeking a nurturing babysitter in Arvada.

We have a 4 year-old boy. We works like someone who can come semi-regularly, but no set schedule as of now. Over the next few weeks we'll need someone in the late mornings (9 - 1130 ish) several days, and may end up needing some help in the afternoon on certain days. We'd like to find someone that can come regularly so that we don't need to keep using different sitters all the time. Looking for someone that can use some hours here and there but isn't relying on a certain amount of hours per week.
