In search of a babysitter for an adult with developmental disorder. Must provide compassionate care and support. Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to assist with daily activities and create a safe and nurturing environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary. CPR and First Aid certification a plus. Must pass a background check.
