Hi! I’m Em (he/they), and I specialize in caring for children from birth through age five. I hold a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Washington and have over 10 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in both home and classroom settings. I’ve provided early intervention services for infants and toddlers (birth–3), coached families to support developmental milestones, and taught in inclusive toddler and preschool classrooms. I’m especially experienced in supporting social-emotional development, neurodiversity, and children with individualized needs. My approach is calm, responsive, and relationship-centered.
