Hello there! Chieh Chien is my legal name, but I go by Denise! About myself: I have a 7-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter (they are only 14 months apart) I stayed home with my kids for 4 years before I started working again. I was a lead teacher for the two-year-old classroom at KinderCare for 1.5 years. I have my CPR - infant, toddler, adult, AED, first Aid Blood Borne Pathegons, and STARs online childcare training all still up-to-date. My co-teacher and I took care of 14 two-year-olds every day. I try my best to take care of the kids at work as my own, such as making sure their face are wiped, giving them comfort when they feel sad, and always letting parents know how their day went. I left the daycare job in July 2025 because my daughter graduated from there and moved onto Kindergarten, so it felt like it was time for me to move on too! I've been taking on short-term nannying jobs. I nannied for a 11 month old baby girl (learned how to use and clean cloth diapers!) and a 4-year-old girl along with her 5-year-old brother on some days, we all became good friends afterwards! I also help babysit my 1 year old nephew for 10 hours a day when I'm available. I live in North north Spokane between Wandermere and Deer park, but willing to travel for the right family! I'm looking to care for infants or 1 year olds and I'm willing to travel to your house for care since it's a more comfortable environment for the infants!
