About Kennedy

Hello! I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and am looking for childcare opportunities while transitioning into my nursing career. Although I do not have formal nanny experience, I have extensive experience caring for children through my nursing education and clinical training. I have cared for critically ill children in the PICU, premature infants in the NICU, and newborns during my postpartum and Labor & Delivery experiences. I have also worked as a summer school aide supporting elementary-aged children and previously worked as a nursing assistant for three years prior to nursing school caring for teens and adults with a variety of needs and disabilities. These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in patience, communication, safety, and providing compassionate, individualized care. I am reliable, attentive, and passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel cared for. I am a licensed RN with my BLS certification
