About Madison

I have over a year of professional childcare experience working at the Goddard School, where I care for children between 12 and 17 months old. In this role, I provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment by supervising daily activities, supporting early childhood development, assisting with meals and diaper changes, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate play and learning. I work closely with parents and fellow teachers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. In addition to my professional experience, I have been caring for children since I was about 12 years old by babysitting my younger sister and cousins. This has helped me develop patience, responsibility, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children. My combination of professional and personal experience has given me the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families while creating a positive and supportive environment.
