About Lydia

As the oldest of seven children, you might say my knack for working with children comes very naturally. I've been blessed to work with numerous families and children of every age group for over 10 years. my experience includes children with special needs - something close to my heart as my youngest sister had Down Syndrome. I also have hands on experience working with children with Autism. I'm CPR and first aid certified and can provide extensive references. I believe in upholding the values and routines that your household is centered on. as a nanny, my job is to support parents and to ensure that their children are treated with patience and compassion. I am comfortable offering homework help (and have a few years of tutoring experience as well). I'm more than willing to jump in with light housework. I love taking kids for walks, reading to them, and crafting or baking together! I'd love to connect and talk about how I might be able to help your family!
