About Ronequa

Hi! My name is Ronequa, and I’m a proud mom to my daughter, Kali. Being a parent has given me years of hands-on experience caring for children and taught me the importance of patience, safety, consistency, and creating a nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I have experience helping with daily routines, including meal preparation, homework, bedtime routines, playtime, and light household tasks. I enjoy keeping children engaged through age-appropriate activities, creative play, reading, and outdoor time while making sure they feel safe and cared for. Families would describe me as dependable, responsible, caring, and easy to communicate with. I understand that trusting someone with your child is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while creating a positive experience for their children. Outside of childcare, I work full-time in banking and am completing my Psychology degree, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, communication, and supporting the emotional well-being of others. I look forward to helping families by providing reliable childcare, household support, and a warm, positive presence in the home.
