About Kathya

In 2025 I was a live-in nanny for a family of seven kiddos from March-September. I took care of breakfast and lunch then tutored homeschooling ages 3,4,5 and 13. I partnered with mom to take care of the baby (6 months-1 year) ensuring he was fed, clean, and safe. Our days consisted of lots of educational play that included trips to nearby parks and rides to extracurricular activities. For the remainder of 2025 I cared similarly for another family of eight, focusing on the 1 year old baby and his siblings (3 and 4). I would also tutor a 9 and 12 year old alongside light house keeping. Most recently I worked as a coach for developmentally disabled adults, but am now transitioning into teaching assistance as my degree requires credits inside of a clasroom. Aside from being CPR certified, I am also a registered HCA and provide caregiving services for elderly clients through Visiting Angels.
