About Kasey

I am a dedicated childcare professional with experience caring for children in daycare centers, public schools, church ministries, and private family settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with children of various ages, creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments that support their social, emotional, and educational development. My experience includes serving as a preschool teacher for two- and three-year-olds, where I planned and implemented age-appropriate lessons, encouraged positive behavior, and fostered early learning through play-based activities. I have also worked as a substitute teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools, adapting quickly to different classroom settings while maintaining a structured, supportive learning environment. In addition to my professional experience, I have served in my church's youth ministry, mentoring and supervising children and youth during classes, events, and activities. I have also provided private babysitting and nanny services for multiple families, building trusting relationships while caring for children in their homes. My responsibilities have included preparing meals and snacks, organizing educational and recreational activities, assisting with homework, maintaining daily routines, and ensuring children's safety and well-being.
