About Maddy

Hi! I’m a warm, compassionate, and dependable childcare professional with experience working with children from infancy through school age. I started working in childcare in 2024, and it quickly became something that changed my life for the better. I love watching children grow, learn, and develop their own unique personalities. As a preschool teacher and floater, I’ve learned to adapt to different ages and needs. I’m patient, attentive, and understanding, especially when children are upset. I believe in communicating gently, listening to their needs, and creating a safe, loving environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I’m looking for a nanny position where I can build a trusting relationship with a family and provide personalized care. In my spare time, I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, video games, spending time with my pets, and cooking.
