About Rasmiyeh

I have a passion for education and the outdoors and bring that passion to the growth and development that occurs in a child's early years. My previous teaching experience solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives. I bring a patient, calm, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I have a graduate degree, coursework in Early Child Development, and one year of experience caring for children aged 0-12+. I have three younger sisters and also helped my mom raise them. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and outdoor supervision. I'm skilled in First Aid and CPR, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I communicate with parents using their preferred method to keep them informed. I also love pets and trained my cat how to hike.
