About Kaiyana

At Life Time Fitness, I was a Kids Academy Team Member. My job duties included helping children to maintain a healthy, happy life, reading to kids, creating engaging play stations, and organizing classrooms. I also have volunteer childcare experience of 4 years including regular babysitting, cooking meals, helping with household duties, and assisting with schoolwork. I am an undergraduate Psychology student with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. After graduating, I hope to attend graduate school and develop research in family dynamics and stress factors. Babysitting will give me the hands-on experience I need in my research field. I mostly have experience working with newborns-toddlers, however, I love children of all ages! Outside of school, I love to dance. I think the arts are an important creative outlet. I also like to read and have recently taken up pilates and yoga.
