About Victoria

Hi! My name is Victoria, and I am a caring, dependable, and patient sitter with professional experience working with children of different ages, abilities, and needs. As a Special Education teacher, I have developed a strong understanding of how important it is to provide children with a safe, structured, supportive, and fun environment. My experience in Special Education has given me the opportunity to work closely with children who have a variety of learning, communication, behavioral, and developmental needs. I am comfortable following individualized routines, providing extra support when needed, helping with educational activities, encouraging independence, and adapting activities so that every child can participate and feel successful. My teaching background has also strengthened my skills in behavior management, communication, patience, organization, and creating engaging age-appropriate activities. In addition to my professional teaching experience, I have experience caring for children in a sitter role and understand that every family has its own routines, expectations, and parenting preferences. I make it a priority to follow each family’s instructions while making sure their children feel comfortable, cared for, and safe. Education is very important to me, which is why I continued my own education and pursued my master’s degree. My graduate studies have allowed me to expand my knowledge of Special Education, collaboration, child development, and ways to better support children and their families. I truly enjoy working with children and building positive relationships with them. Whether your child needs help with homework, structured play, daily routines, or simply a patient and caring person to spend time with, I strive to provide the same level of compassion and responsibility that I bring to my classroom every day
