I have a lifetime of experience with children. Most recently I have been nannying for two families in a job share position. I started when one infant was three months old and then when they turned five months old, I added their cousin who was at the time six months old. I have been watching them for 10 hours a day four days a week for the last 10 months. I love the job, but I’m looking for a job in Pine City. We will be moving to Pine City the end of November. I started my career as an infant teacher’s assistant in a Montessori preschool, Children’s House Montessori, in Saint Paul. At that time, I was 17 years old. Even before that, I had a wealth of experience working as a babysitter and a summer nanny for four-year-old twins. I am looking for a position where I can continue to make kids' and families' lives better. I would fit in well with a family looking for someone who is outdoorsy, fun-loving, creative, and kind. I love spending time playing and reading with young children. I would also welcome a job where I can utilize my skills as a tutor and educator for children who need after school support. I would like to spend time playing with kids! I love the outdoors and would be happy to take kids to parks, swimming in the lake or pools (I am an avid and competent swimmer), paddling on paddle boards or in canoes (with life preserver of course!), for nature hikes, to their planned activities, and to the library or just spend time reading with them at home.
