Hi! I’m Shyrion 😊 I’ve been working with kids for several years and childcare is something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve worked as an Assistant Director in childcare, so I’m very comfortable caring for children, keeping them safe, helping with routines, and creating fun activities for them. I’m CPR certified and have my childcare director credential, and I’m currently an RBT in training, where I’ve received training on working with children on the autism spectrum and supporting children with different developmental and behavioral needs. This experience has helped me become even more patient, understanding, attentive, and comfortable meeting each child where they are. I’m comfortable helping with meals, playtime, activities, bedtime routines, and keeping things organized, and I always want children to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me.
