About Tia
I worked as a daycare teacher for 3- and 4-year-olds for one year, where I supported children’s social, emotional, and early academic development in a safe and nurturing environment. My responsibilities included supervising daily activities, leading age-appropriate lessons, assisting with basic learning skills such as colors, numbers, and letters, and encouraging positive behavior and communication. I also helped with routines like meals, nap time, and transitions, while maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Building strong relationships with the children and working closely with other staff to ensure each child’s well-being was a key part of my role.
