Hi! My name is Isa R, and I am a sophomore nursing major at Baylor University, originally from Nashville, TN! I am CPR certified and have 4+ years of babysitting experience with children of all ages and sibling sets (especially infants and young children). I am excited to get connected with families here in the Waco/Baylor area! My absolute favorite part about childcare is getting to meaningfully connect with the kids I care for, and build genuine and lasting relationships. My goal is to be intentional in every interaction, creating a fun, engaging environment where children feel loved and supported and parents have peace of mind. Through my experience, I have learned to navigate any and all situations with patience and good judgement, prioritizing safety above all else. My faith is the foundation of my life, and in turn shapes the way I care for others: with kindness, integrity, and a servant’s heart. I aim to love and serve every family I work with well and care for each child as if they were my own. Starting August 24th, I’m available most afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Whether you’re looking for a regular babysitter, weekly care, or just the occasional date night, I’d love the opportunity to care for your little ones!
