About Katie
Hi! My name is Katie M, I am 19 years old and I have a true passion for childcare. My whole life I’ve babysat for family friends along with volunteering to help my my in the baby room at church countless times. Once I turned 18 I completely the 24 clock hours in early childhood education required by Texas to work with children and immediately started work at a Montessori school as an assistant guide in the toddler room (18m-3y), after being at that job for about a year I decided I needed something closer to home so I am currently working as a lead preschool teacher at a daycare (19m-3y) in San Marcos.
