Hello!! My name is Desi, and I am 18 years old and a freshman at UTC. I absolutely adore kids and have always loved spending time with them. I had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Guatemala with my church, and that experience really deepened my love for working with children. I have also volunteered with VBS for the past two years. In addition, I used to babysit for a family about 30 hours a week while the kids were in school and around 55 hours a week during their school breaks. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of it and loved getting to build relationships with the kids and be someone they could trust and have fun with.
