Hi! I’m Belle, and I’ve been babysitting regularly since I was 12 years old. I’ve cared for children of many different ages and have babysat for numerous families over the years. I also have extensive experience with infants, my niece and nephew lived with me for several years when they were babies, so I became very comfortable with feeding, changing, soothing, bedtime routines, and caring for babies throughout the night. I also have experience caring for larger groups of children. In 2022, I worked as a summer camp counselor where I independently supervised and led groups of up to 15 girls, ages 4–12, for six weeks. Through babysitting, I’ve also independently cared for up to five children at once. These experiences have taught me how to keep children safe, engaged, and entertained while managing different personalities, ages, and needs. I’m comfortable adapting to each child’s individual needs, personality, and routine, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know the kids I care for. I’m responsible, patient, and dependable, and I’m comfortable with everything from playtime and meals to bedtime and nighttime wake-ups. I am CPR and First Aid certified (currently in the process of renewing my certification) and prioritize creating a safe, caring environment for children. I speak conversational Spanish at a B2 level, which I’m happy to incorporate if helpful. I also enjoy cooking/ baking and would love to help teach basic kitchen skills in a fun, age-appropriate way. I’m always happy to pursue any additional certifications or training that would help parents feel more comfortable and confident in their child’s care.
