About Amyah

Hi! My name is Amyah and I'm currently a sophomore at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, majoring in Psychology! I absolutely love working with kids and have been doing it for as long as I can remember, it's something that genuinely brings me joy! This past summer, I worked with a group of amazing elementary-aged kids at The Bethlehem Center, planning fun and creative activities and just being there to support them every day. I've also helped out at the daycare on Hampton University's campus! I'm looking for a job that I can be a helpful, dependable part of a family's routine-someone they can trust and feel comfortable with. It's important to me to work with a family that values kindness, communication, and mutual respect. I'd love to build a real connection with the kids I care for while also having a schedule that fits well with my classes and responsibilities as a college student. A meaningful and positive environment is really what I'm hoping for!
