Hi! My name is McKenzie R Bustamante, and I’m currently a student at Motlow State Community College. I have been caring for children since I was around 12 years old, beginning with helping my family care for my younger cousins, nieces, and nephews. I have experience caring for children ranging from infants to middle-school-aged kids, which has helped me become comfortable with children at different ages and stages of development. I’m a responsible, patient, energetic, and caring person who truly enjoys spending time with children. I love creating a fun and positive environment where kids feel comfortable, safe, and supported. I enjoy engaging with children through age appropriate activities such as playing games, doing arts and crafts, reading, spending time outdoors, and helping with homework or school activities. I’m always happy to encourage children to learn, explore, and build their confidence. In addition to childcare, I’m comfortable helping with everyday household tasks such as preparing meals and snacks, cleaning up after activities or meals, organizing play areas, doing children’s laundry, and helping keep the home tidy. I can also follow parents’ routines and instructions closely, including bedtime routines, meal schedules, and other daily responsibilities. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident in the person caring for their children. I strive to be dependable, trustworthy, attentive, and communicative with both parents and children. My goal is to provide reliable childcare while making sure your children have a fun, safe, and enjoyable time while you’re away
