About Ashley

I have over seven years of paid experience working with children through education and youth development. As an educator, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs while creating safe, engaging, and structured environments that support academic, social, and emotional growth. My experience includes lesson planning, classroom management, conflict resolution, behavior support, communication with families, and helping children build confidence and independence. In addition to my professional experience, I volunteer as a youth leader at my local church where I primarily work with younger children. I also teach praise dance and help create positive experiences that encourage creativity, teamwork, and self-expression. Through both my professional and volunteer roles, I have developed patience, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel supported.
